Simply HR is owned and managed by Karen Foster. Karen has over 10 year’s generalist HR and management experience gained both nationally and across the Asia Pacific region.

Simply HR was founded to provide Human Resources support for small to medium sized businesses. We are also here to act as a valuable resource for busy HR professionals who simply don’t have time to develop their own suite of HR templates for their organisation’s policy and procedure needs.

The Story behind Simply HR

In her most recent corporate position as Regional Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, for a large, global recruitment company, Karen was regularly approached by consultants to provide their clients with HR advice. It became apparent that these clients were businesses with no internal Human Resources departments who found themselves needing a HR professional to provide their organisations with anything from an employment contract template to advice on visa’s. This is where Simply HR comes in to provide this much needed support and give business owners peace of mind that they are compliant with complicated current employment legislation.
